I love it!
The fact Liz's dialog runs off panel just like yours did on the Editors' poster made me giggle. Glad you both had a great time!
Chris! That Stan Sakai drawing is amazing! And you're still numero uno in my book!
Nolan,
Yeah, I totally stole that from you.
The fact that Lou Ferigno borrowed your knife is super awesome! I saw your mom this weekend. She said that you and Liz were having a great time. Hope we can see you guys soon.
I highly recommend feigning a lifelong grudge against Neil Gaiman. I've done the same with Derek Kim, to whom I lost and Eisner years ago. Whenever his name is mentioned, I begin twirling my fake villain's mustache, etc. (In actuality, I really like his work a lot.)
Aaaaaah I'm going next year if it kills me! Just you watch!
Also, I love the little drawings of Hunter and James and Liz's baby bump! D'awwww!
My wife and I were getting your autograph when the mystery actor stopped by your booth! We both read Crogan's Vengeance over the weekend, and I'm kicking myself now that I didn't buy a few more copies to give as gifts. We both love it and can't wait for the next volume.
As I said when I gave you the drawing, it was on a piece of scrap paper so I still owe you a real drawing.
Nice to see you two at the con.

You got to meet Tad Stones? When and where was this? He's one guy I would love to shake the hand for his work on Disney's TV shows in the 90s.
Wonderful post, and I'm glad you enjoyed the show. We have eerily similar tastes, which is a good thing!
I second the gladness for the baby bump inclusion. Glad you guys had such a good time.
Glad you guys had a good time! Sorry you didn't win the Eisner, all of us back in NC were pulling for you...you'll get 'em next go 'round!
btw...that Sakai is wicked!
Great meeting you at the Con, Chris! Your account of your trip is pretty hilarious! Glad you enjoyed your trip!
Hi Chris, I just finished Crogan's revenge and wanted to let you know (in case you didn't...and you ignored all the famous people who told you what I'm going to tell you) that it is amazing. I couldn't put it down, it made me want to re-read all of Tintin! Nice work, can't wait for the next one.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I really like the "Shoot the Moon" comic you gave me. Funny stuff.
